I say my farewells on the tarmac at Accra airport. Oh yes, and you get bonus dancing at the end.
Getting ready for church at the Accra stadium and the longest service I’ve been to for a while!
I visit a campus of over 20,000 students, spend time with friends old and new, do some public speaker training for the leaders, and take quite a lot of pills to try and counteract something that doesn’t agree with me!
The marrieds sing and we talk about listening & taking responsibility for our own happiness. I try to remember all the things Penny told me to say!
Cape Coast & Mr Trevor Cook – an inspiring church and an inspiring friend.
Mid week meeting of the Accra church and more great singing!
I experience “dancing church”, and the privilege of speaking at the first ever Ghana national singles conference in Koforidua.
I experience spicy jolloff rice, Ghanaian hospitality and a good cup of tea.
I’m off to Ghana at the weekend to see some friends in the church there and to speak at various church events. I’d value any advice on customs, how to connect with the Gospel and anything else that might make the trip worthwhile and effective.
Do you have any advice for me? Please leave a comment or email me: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Many thanks, and God bless,
